deformed and abandoned by his wife, children, government and
his society, he needs plastic surgery and rehabilitation. |
Peter
Ogbonnaya (6 yrs old). Deformed and out of school because
of his parents' indebtedness. Doctors say his medical condition
is severe and his two legs may be amputated. He also needs
plastic surgery. He had earlier lost a brother to the explosion. |

the incidents. Where is the plastic surgeries which Edo State
government claimed to have done on them and others? |

plastic surgery, her husband had died out of the shock of
her deformity. |

property and is deformed. |
